When that "Dungeon Builder" and "Game Table" becomes something more than vaporware, I'll think about it. But there are too many freeware alternatives.

I'd love to hear what (if anything) people have gotten out of the service so far. Is it worth it?
I'm a subscriber and so far I'm fairly happy with the content.
The Dungeon and Dragon content is pretty good. The non-adventure content has been the highlight for me and with few exceptions has been interesting stuff. The adventures are hit and miss and I don't think they've done their adventure path as well as Paizo did any of their three.
The Character Builder beta has been somewhat promising. The output is nice, if a bit wonky in certain cases...landscape format and long power text being the biggies.
The extra tools are the low point. I don't see this area as adding much value to the subscription.
I think it's a pretty decent value for the money, especially if you can swing the year's subscription.
I've enjoyed my subscription so far but mainly for the magazine content. The character builder is handy but obviously not necessary. Once the other stuff gets released (if it does), it'll be really cool but the price will be going up for those services (there will be a multi-tier subscription model) so I'm not sure I'll ever get to try it out because I'm not willing to pay more money for stuff I'm unlikely to even use on a regular basis.
I'm all for paid online magazine subscriptions. If there's great quality, then I'm willing to pay for it. I don't use enough of the Dungeon material in my game to make it worth it to me, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to sign up.
Still, it irks me a little that it's hyped up as a big online experience. If you listen to everyone who subscribes, the answer is always the same, "I pay for the magazine. Everything else...meh." Plus, now that WotC has let go several people (including some on the DDI team, I think), I don't see the release dates on the tools getting any closer.
Maybe I'll sign up for Kobold Quarterly...
